If you're buying or selling a property, you may need a drainage and water search report. This report confirms whether the property is connected to a public water main or sewer and identifies any public water or wastewater assets located within the property boundary.

How much does it cost?

Payment must be made when you submit your application using a valid debit or credit card. Please note that the application fee is non-refundable.
Need multiple reports?
This application is suitable if you only need a one-off drainage and water search report.
